Nespresso turns TEL’s Orchard MRT into a coffee street with coffee aroma

This execution engages commuters on an immersive multisensory experience as they pass through the station linkway.

This month, commuters passing through the linkway connecting Thomson-East Coast Line’s Orchard station and ION Orchard are delighted by the aroma of coffee.

Presented by Nespresso, the pioneer and reference for high-quality portioned coffee; its latest Nespresso Vertuo Pop campaign echoes the message of “Enjoy coffee your way and experience perfection with one touch”. This was done in collaboration with Asiaray Connect Singapore, the exclusive media owner of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL).

This linkway features Asiaray’s 20-meter-long LED wall and huge wallscape which allows Nespresso to showcase its latest offering – Vertuo Pop coffee machines. The linkway also leads right towards the newly relocated Nespresso ION Orchard Boutique at #B1-34.

Coffee scent is emitted along this linkway throughout the campaign to immerse commuters along their journey to and from the station.

Running from 4 April 2023 until 1 May 2023, this disruptive out of home activation marks a departure from the conventional, engaging commuters on an immersive multisensory experience as they pass through the TEL’s Orchard station linkway.
